But as a Engineer with 15 years of experience(valdezm.com) being gated by AI and "technical screens" and whatever magic / dark secrets is going on in ATS(applicant tracking systems).. I do wonder about what companies are thinking, what they are going to do with the weaponization of reductionist ideologies that is this AI approach to interviews. Perhaps we need nee some sort of reciprocity of "Tethics"- I will not cheat, if you do not reduce me to knapsack/dining philosopher problem I learned 20 years ago. If you do not rank me through an ATS, if you provide me with qualitative, real hard-earned time commitment responses, founded in logical reason-based attempts to accept/deny my efforts and the opportunity we are mutually perusing(which I am equally submitting to you).
