That's a lot of words to describe technofascism.
I'm still regularly surprised how far behind mainstream/media/public understanding is on issues that we take for granted as hackers.
However, the Atlantic hints at one fresh concept, of "Constitutional Cybersecurity". Who enforces the boundaries within government.
First instinct is that's the NSA's job (?).
