If we want to lead the world in wealth concentration, if we want to be a country of a few trillionaries that own 99% of the nation's wealth, we need to make AI exempt from the copyright laws. Of course, when an average Joe downloads a book without paying, he must be thrown to prison. It's the law, after all.
