I asked the Perplexity AI two questions,, I asked perplexity because the company I think has a rightward lean: one whether vaccines were safe, and the other on safe treaments for Transgender youth, and to both it gave, well politically left leaning answers. And on the vaccines I basically asked it, aren’t you being partisan by saying vaccines are safe and it responded, no, it’s just the scientific truth.
Truly forced partisan-neutral AI would be a disaster.
Also makes me wonder, even Grok has a tendency to be woke at times. With Elon Musk in the government AI’ing everything, what kind of shitstorm will it produce if the AI government chat bot gives woke answers.
The GoP hates the idea of anyone influencing the free market… except them.
Especially considering that the free market has never existed.
Maybe all the AIs can be dumbed down a bit so they’ll give more conservative answers.
