Maybe I should clarify that I am also referring to the design of the code, the writing of the code and the testing of the code? I think pretty much the whole software development part of software creation is going to go to zero on a pretty accelerated timeline.

The thing is, writing the code for software has always been the cheapest part.

Software is not a technical feat. Never was, at least not when in a monetary and professional setting.
Writing code is the easy part.
