I collect recipes from the web, and stash them in Paprika Recipe Manager app.
It is not free (I have refused to "upgrade" to the latest version, kinda pricey)
But I can export all my recipes as html or PDF.
I'm just wondering what the criteria are for sharing them, copyright or whatever.
As for suitability, I eventually rate recipes when decision time comes (as it is today for pot roast) but for me, it's a snatch and grab operation, with later review.
My Mom typed recipes for me from various unknown sources. And there are cookbooks, of course, some of which are really good.
I'm just not sharing right now beyond my "personal use".
All of the recipes submitted have to be public domain. It has made finding existing recipes from other sources challenging since they are so few public domain recipes out there.

What do you say?
I appreciate you reaching out!

I'm confused by the site. I mean, I like it, but I'm still confused. Aren't all recipes public domain, once you strip away the extraneous text?

Recipes themselves, yes. The instructions are not.
There are still instructions on the site just no back stories or fluff.
I like the UI. But the biggest problem is that I can't trust those recipes. I only fetch recipes from sites I know are credible.
Looks great! Thank you very much for this.
