This reads like a press release for JPMDC. Or maybe coin base. The only real "use case" is rapid payments which could also be solved other better ways, like Venmo or FedNow. But those don't provide any grifting opportunities.
Censored and US only. Also, can be undone, which is a feature, but the one not everybody wants. Also, non anonymous, like Monero.
