Can a company buy more carbon credits than their product emits and market their product carbon negative?
Similarly, are plants that are sold for carbon credit considered carbon positive?
Apple is big and rich enough that surely it could operate its own carbon offset program, rather than simply throwing money at unreliable third parties. Buy the land, why not?
