This was always labelled as experimental and this is basically a feature of google sheets now [1]. To me this feels more like a graduation than a failure.

Yeah, definitely; they basically took all the best ideas and put them into sheets, so that regular users could just use them
at this point, it is extremely hazardous to use any google project other than those having billions of users (just to be safe)....
They had an air table rival?
Imagine the utopia we would have had if microsoft had kept investing in Access.
Access + Visual Basic 6 was peak enterprise app development utopia.
I still can’t believe how modern debuggers don’t let you move the current execution point around like in VB6, especially with python.
