Zen practice. You need to totally abandon any sort of goals pertaining to the world and ultimately everything (due to it's fruitlessness), zen provides a way to do that which satisfies.
Curse the shitty changes; if possible, switch to an alternative; stop the use of the enshittified service and if none of the above works, begrudgingly continue with the enshittified experience.
It's really hard, but I found a good way to focus on friends and non-tech activities. Social networks like Reddit or services like YouTube become less important and it doesn't aggravate as much when it becomes less of a focus.
