Piano, film cameras, FM radio, mercury thermostat, propane powered backup electric generator, coffee. CB radio, but nobody's on the other end. Moleskine or similar notebook. Three-ring when I get really serious. Magnets on the fridge to plan my meals and remind me to take medicine.
I understand that Apple likes to prematurely depreciate technology. They did well to kill the floppy disk in 2000. I will never forgive them for doing away with usb-a. I used it today (made a Debian usb drive), yesterday (printer doesn’t really work over the network reliably). And every day before (keyboards and mice don’t come in usb-c).
Also love my muhle safety razor. Also prefer rim brakes over disc on my bicycles. Steel frame bikes. Drive a 2001 corolla. Use a denon 2308 avr amp from 2008. Run hdmi from mini pc into a smart TV that's never seen WiFi or the internet. Run optical from TV into the avr, 3.1 setup. No soundbar. No stream. Everything simple and reliable.

A manual toothbrush. For some reason I enjoy it better than an electric. Same for shaving. I use a safety razor shaver and a shaving brush.
I like my morning ritual to be more of a mindful zen style activity.

I have been using a straight razor for about 30 years. It is nice to not have to buy anything for it (but a little bit of a pain to sharpen).
If Logitech B100 is considered an "old technology", then yes, I've been using this type of mouse for years.
Software wise, does vim and mutt count?
The wheel. Fire.
Levers and the inclined plane .. especially those wound in a spiral about a core.
We recently got an elevator for my mother, so pulleys.
Paper, coins and FM radio.
The ipod still works better
What about battery life? I bought a cheap Chinese MP3 player online and it works wonders. I use it with some regular wired headphones as well.
