Their model sounds similar to ESW Capital. The main threat would probably be some form of SaaS-pocalypse, they both own a lot of fairly simple SaaS products with high prices.
I don’t really get the SaaS-pocalypse hypothesis.
That these products are “fairly simple” implies that the value they provide was never in the code to begin with.
